Africa Unveiled: My Brief Tale On Short Journey Of Life For Africa
In the tapestry of my life, Africa holds a special chapter—a narrative of voluntary service and dedicated contributions to humanity. Since 2021, I have proudly served as the Head of the Department of Medical Anatomy at NUCHMT, Accra, mentoring over 200 medical students who now stand as esteemed Physicians across Ghana. Additionally, as a member of the National Accreditation Committee under the Ministry of Education, Ghana, I played a pivotal role in formulating curricula, crafting learning materials, and setting occupational standards, leading to the accreditation of Africa's first holistic medical University.
My journey took a new turn in February 2023, when I joined the Government of Birland with a profound mission—to advocate for stateless individuals and represent them at the United Nations, championing their access to basic amenities. Sworn in as the Minister of Health, I pledged to foster a holistic healthcare approach, spanning prevention to treatment and reaching every citizen.
My initial focus was to establish free and accessible healthcare for all citizens, achieved through a certified medical professional team and a 24/7 online hospital platform, featuring renowned doctors worldwide for free consultations.
Education became a cornerstone of my tenure as Health Minister, with the launch of monthly virtual symposiums addressing life-threatening diseases. Emphasizing the mantra "prevention is better than cure," I aimed to empower citizens with knowledge.
Prioritizing mental health, a dedicated team of psychologists ensures 24/7 counseling availability, fostering emotional resilience and support. Looking ahead, I aspire to represent Birland at the United Nations, seeking support to build 170 hospitals for refugees and underprivileged stateless individuals.
As the appointed Minister of Health, I am committed to tirelessly working towards creating a healthier and happier nation, setting an example globally.
